When sleep is broken, the mind gets louder. When work lives in the shoulders and lower back, energy changes. When stress has gone on too long, even a quiet evening may not feel restorative.
Body Breath Well is a place to work with these experiences together. Soma brings breath, movement, rest and attention into a practice that responds to the person in front of her—not an ideal version of them.
“You do not have to push harder to feel better. Sometimes the body needs a different kind of conversation.”
A small, useful beginning can change the direction of a week.
Not sure where to start?
A private recovery self-check helps organise patterns across sleep, stress, breathing, focus and movement that may be useful to discuss with Soma. It is not a diagnosis or medical assessment.
